Usage of the Spot Quote application requires acceptance of the Bronel Group Ltd terms and conditions of use.

Terms of Use

1. USE OF THE BRONEL SPOT QUOTE APP

1.1 Please read these Terms of Use carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Bronel Spot Quote Application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and agree to abide by them. 

1.2. This app is made available by Bronel Group Ltd. Any party accessing this App or using any information available from Bronel Group Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions.

1.3 If the User accesses the App or receives or utilises any content or services available via it on behalf of any other party (corporate or otherwise), that party shall be deemed as accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions and bound by the terms of use as if that party were a user.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1 Ownership of all copyrights, database rights, trademarks, branding, product names (whether registered or unregistered), trade secrets and confidential information and any similar rights existing now or in the future appearing in the App and it’s content vests in Bronel Group Ltd and its investors. 

2.2. The User may use the App, it’s content, and services only for the reasonably anticipated purposes for which the App is designed. The User may not access any areas of the App to which access is indicated to be restricted unless the User has obtained appropriate authorisation from Bronel Group Ltd. The User may not:

1. use or permit any other party to use any part of the App, it’s content, or services in connection with activities that breach any relevant law, infringe any third party’s rights, or breach any applicable standards, content requirements, or codes.
2. post to, upload to, transmit through, or temporarily store on the App any information, materials, or content that might be or encourage conduct that could be unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, threatening, discriminatory, pornographic, indecent, or profane.

2.3 The User procures the waiver of any moral rights in any information, data, or other content posted of uploaded by the User to the App. The User hereby irrevocably authorises Bronel Group Ltd to use any materials or content submitted by the User for all reasonable business purposes, including without limitation copying, amending, incorporating in other materials, publishing or otherwise providing to third parties (and allowing them to use such materials) anywhere in the world. 

2.4 Bronel Group Ltd does not warrant that the User’s or any other party’s use of the content or services contained within the App will not infringe the rights of third parties.

3. SECURITY

3.1 The User agrees to comply with any reasonable instructions Bronel Group Ltd may issue regarding the App’s security.

3.2 The User agrees to ensure that they do nothing during or after accessing the App, it’s content, or services, that might compromise the security of the App, or the systems or security of Bronel Group Ltd or any other Users or customers associated with Bronel Group Ltd or associated or affiliated companies.

4. ERRORS

4.1 Bronel Group Ltd makes no warranty that accessing the App will be error-free, timely, or uninterrupted. App access may be suspended or withdrawn from any User at any time for any reason without notice.

4.2 Bronel Group Ltd makes no warranty that the App will be available to or compatible with all hardware and software. Bronel Group Ltd is not liable for damage to, or viruses or other code that many affect any equipment (including but not limited to your mobile device), software, data, or other property as a result of downloading, installing, or accessing the App. 

4.3 Bronel Group Ltd may change or update the App and anything within it at any time without notice to the Users.

4.5 Bronel Group Ltd does not warrant that content contained within the App is accurate, sufficient, error free, complete, or up to date at the time at which it is accessed. The User is responsible for making further enquiries as to the accuracy of the information contained within the act and should not rely on it.

4.6 Bronel Group Ltd will have no liability whatsoever for breaching any implied warranty or terms or conditions in relation to the operation of the App, it’s content, or it’s services. 

4.7 The app is independent of any platform on which it is located. The App is not associated, affiliated, sponsored, endorsed, or connected to any platform owner, including, without limitation, Apple, Google, or Android.

5. TRADING

5.1 Bronel Group Ltd trade under BIFA 2017 standard trading conditions, a full copy of which is available upon request.
